BWMeter is a powerful application designed for measuring your bandwidth speed and creating statistics and logs. The application is quite complex, so it is recommended that you know your way around your network settings.
Once you've started it, the application will run in the background. Basically, this application accurately measures your traffic in real-time and displays it in two graphs: one graph will display your LAN traffic while the other will display Internet traffic. Besides, the program will create hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly detailed statistics regarding all traffic. You can manually add/remove IPs from your local network, including entire IP classes.
